Britt’s blog She Who Bakes has become hugely successful, with each recipe regularly attracting thousands of hits.

The 26-year-old will join an expert judging panel including student Emma McBurney, who won last year, and Northern Ireland and Scotland Asda buyer Susanna Hassard.

Britt said: “To be chosen to work with Border Biscuits as part of the judging process for their national competition is fantastic.”
