Mr Perry died on Wednesday, December 21, at a property off College Road, Sittingbourne, from stab wounds.

Two forensic vans, two police cars, and a private ambulance were in the area on the same day.

They were seen going into a property in Medway Close, Sittingbourne, which is just off College Road.

Now Daniels, of Medway Close, will go on trial on June 12 and is expected to claim self-defence.

Police were called to the property in Medway Close at 1.36am following a report that a man had been attacked.
