Man arrested over disturbance in Tenterden

Police have arrested a man at a residential area in Tenterden.

He was arrested earlier this morning after police received reports of a 'disturbance' in Shrubcote.

A police spokeswoman said: "Kent Police received a report of a man causing a disturbance in Shrubcote, Tenterden at 10.22am on Wednesday, October 4.

"Officers attended the scene and a man was arrested nearby in connection with the incident.

"Enquiries are ongoing."
