Police witness appeal after crash on B2080 Tenterden Road between Peugeot 107 and Mercedes Sprinter minibus

Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash that resulted in a woman being airlifted to a London hospital.

The collision, between a black Peugeot 107 and a white Mercedes Sprinter mini bus, happened on the B2080 Tenterden Road, near Appledore, at 9.05am on Remembrance Sunday.

Police, the South East Coast Ambulance Service, Kent Fire and Rescue Service and the air ambulance all attended the incident.

It resulted in the woman suffering a serious leg injury.

Officers from the serious collision investigation unit are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the car or mini bus before or at the time of the collision, or who have dashcam footage to get in contact.
