Terms and Conditions for Port Lympne & Howletts in What's On

Prize is non negotiable and cannot be exchanged. Prize cannot be exchanged for money. Howletts Treetop Challenge and Animal Adventure Challenges are subject to additional charges. Port Lympne safari is subject to availability on a first come first served basis. Entry is only available to the authorised user of the card who will be identified by the corresponding photograph on our secure database. Membership is not transferable or refundable.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Howletts & Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks cannot accept responsibility for any card that is lost, stolen or damaged.

There is a £5 charge to replace a card. Howletts & Port Lympne reserve the right to refuse admission. Howletts & Port Lympne reserve the right to make any changes to the structure of the parks. Entry to Howletts or Port Lympne Reserve will not be permitted without presentation of your valid Membership card. This card entitles the member to 10% off in park catering outlets at Howletts & Port Lympne, exclusions apply.

Members are entitled to enter Port Lympne Reserve after 3:30 PM (day visit last entry time) for reservations at Babydoll's Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant & Port Lympne Restaurant only.

Pre booking is required. Call 01303 234181 for Babydoll's and 01303 234111 for Port Lympne Restaurant. Entry is not permitted if you have not pre-booked your Restaurant. New members only get 50% off short breaks at Port Lympne Reserve for off peak stays. Excludes holidays and weekends. Please call 01303 234112 to book.

Data Protection

When you apply for the Howletts Membership, Port Lympne Membership or Dual Park Membership we will take a photograph of you.

This photo will be used to identify you as the legitimate holder of your membership card when you visit the park. The membership can only be used for admission by the person named on the front of the card and we may check Membership cards and photo ID on entrance to the park. This photo and any personal information you give us will be stored on our secure database, and will be used solely for identification purposes and will not be available to third parties.

Your photograph will be used only for the administration of the Membership scheme.

Your data

All the data we collect will be treated as confidential and used in keeping with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998. We may from time to time analyse your data. This is confidential and will not be made available to external companies. Customers under the age of 16 require parental consent when providing any personal information.

Newsletters

Customers who sign up to the Membership scheme will be automatically subscribed to email Newsletters. The Newsletter will be sent out periodically and provide updates, information on special events, new contests, and special offers. This Newsletter can be cancelled at any time by following the simple steps outlined at the bottom of the Newsletter.
