Two men were detained by police after being pulled over in Tonbridge.

A 21-year-old man was issued a penalty notice for possessing cannabis after the car he was driving was stopped on Lodge Oak Lane yesterday.

Kent Police confirmed that they had arrested stopped the men at 2.11pm.

He was also given a traffic offence report for motoring offences.
