Striker Alex Akrofi is back at Tonbridge Angels for a second spell.
Akrofi has previously had an impressive strike rate at the club after hitting 34 goals in 68 starts.
He scored 15 league goals for Avely during the expunged 2019/20 season in Isthmian League North, helping them challenge towards the top of the table.
The front-man has previously also played for Maidstone United and was part of the team that won promotion from the Isthmian League. He also helped Brentwood Town to play-off success.
Angels boss Steve McKimm is now hoping he can deliver goals again at a higher level.
He said: “I’m delighted that Alex has come back to the Angels. I believe he is ready for National South football and will fit very well into the squad we’re assembling.”
His return was shortly followed by the announcement that midfielder Christ Tiehi was staying for another season.
McKimm said: “He brought strength and skill to our central midfield area and will ask plenty of questions of our opponents in the upcoming campaign.”
