The A21 London bound has been closed following a serious collision.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene near Tunbridge Wells at around 6.55pm this evening.

Officers remain at the scene and have closed off the carriageway between Pembury and North Farm.

The closure will remain in place to allow collision investigators to inspect the scene of the incident, which involved a single vehicle.

Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has dash cam footage which captures it, to get in contact.
