CCTV image released after inappropriate behaviour on bus in Tunbridge Wells

Detectives have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after a report of inappropriate behaviour on a bus.

At around 9.15pm on May, 9, a woman was travelling on the number seven bus in the St John's Road area of Tunbridge Wells when she was approached by a man who tried to sit next to her and speak to her.

The victim felt uncomfortable and pressed the stop button to get off. It is reported that as she walked past the man to reach the exit doors she was assaulted.

PC Katie Hazard, of the west Kent Vulnerable Investigation Team said: "We believe this man may hold information which can assist our investigation.

"I would urge members of the public who recognise him, or who may have any information about the incident, to contact us."
