Tunbridge Wells: Rodney Bradbury charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving

A man has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving after a crash which left three people injured.

The accident, which involved a grey Ford Fiesta and a grey Land Rover, happened in Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, in June.

One pedestrian, a 44-year-old local man, suffered serious injuries and was flown to St George's Hospital in London.

Another pedestrian, a 32-year-old man, also from the local area, and the front seat passenger of the stationary car, a woman in her 90s, received minor injuries.

The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance was called to the scene.

Rodney Bradbury, has now been charged with two offences of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

The 59-year-old of Hill View Road in Tunbridge Wells will appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court tomorrow.

The accident occurred near the Travelodge Hotel.
