Fire crew and paramedics outside Number One Community Centre in Showfields Road, Tunbridge Wells

Ambulances and fire engines were scrambled to a residential property near a community centre this morning.

Kent Fire and Rescue was called to assist paramedics in Showfields Road, Tunbridge Wells just after 7am.

South East Coast Ambulance Service cannot make any comment on the incident as it was responding to a call at a private address.

A witness said there were three fire engines and four ambulances outside Number One Community Centre and a woman was lifted through the window of a house. However, this has not yet been confirmed by officials.

The fire service left the seen at around 11am.
