Motorists are being told to be that extra bit careful due to changing weather conditions after a car crashed into a lamppost.
Police made the warning after a vehicle ended up in the wrong direction as a result of the smash yesterday morning.
It happened in Lamberhurst in Tunbridge Wells at around 8.30am.
A tweet from one of the force’s accounts said: “With the time of year and the changing weather, please be mindful to drive to the conditions.”
A police spokesman added: “Kent Police was called on Sunday, October 22, to a report a car had struck a lamppost on the A21 near Lamberhurst.
“Officers and paramedics attended the scene where the driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.”
