An elderly woman was found dead at a house in Tunbridge Wells after concerns were raised for her welfare.

Officers from Kent Police and paramedics were called to the home in Liptraps Lane at 12.40pm yesterday.

A Kent Police spokesman said there were no suspicious circumstances and a report is being prepared for the coroner.

Next of kin have been made aware.
