A man's body has been found close to a major road, near Paddock Wood.
Police were called at 1.30pm on Sunday after the body was discovered close to the A228 Maidstone Road.
Paramedics attended and the man, in his forties, was declared deceased.
A Kent Police spokesman confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
