A man has been airlifted to hospital following a crash.

Emergency services were scrambled to Tedder Road, in Tunbridge Wells, at around 12.15pm this afternoon (April 16) to a reported accident involving a car, van and pedestrian.

The air ambulance was also in attendance and is understood to have landed in the field of St John’s Church of England Primary School.

A man was treated for serious injuries at the scene before he was airlifted to a London hospital.
