She was interviewed by an Canterbury City Council enforcement officer who had traced the waste back to her.

When presented with the evidence, the woman admitted to the offence.

This was just one of a number of offences enforcement officers have issued multiple fines for over the past week.

A man was slapped with a fixed penalty notice of £100 in Military Road, Canterbury, after he was caught urinating.

A Canterbury business was fined £300 after waste from the business was fly-tipped in Burnt House Hill on about March 10 this year.

It comes after a lazy litter lout was caught red-handed hurling rubbish out of a car twice in one day - landing the vehicle's owner with fines totalling £300.
