Ralph Lauren, Dr. Martens, UGG, Cath Kidston, Dune, Joules and Karl Lagerfeld open at Ashford Designer Outlet

Seven new stores have opened at Ashford Designer Outlet this morning.

The new arrivals, including Dr. Martens, UGG, Dune, Joules and Karl Lagerfeld, welcomed their first customers into stores built within the shopping centre's £90 million extension.

Polo Ralph Lauren and Cath Kidston have moved from their existing stores into brand new retail units.

The popular designer clothing brand - which previously had two stores in the centre - has brought its men, women and children's range under one roof after moving into the centre's first ever two-storey shop.

The latest arrivals have joined YO! Sushi, Pret a Manger, Five Guys, Under Armour, Paul Costelloe, Zwilling and Lost Sheep Coffee in the newly-constructed extension.

Shopping centre chiefs are just weeks away from cutting the ribbon on the multi-million pound extension - as an official launch is planned for Thursday, November 7.

Several stores will open throughout the month, including Comptoir Libanais, Hugo Boss, Sandro, Maje, Reiss, Armani and Gant.

International coffee chain Starbucks - which already has a shop in Ashford town centre - will begin trading from the outlet centre's only standalone unit on Tuesday.

Haribo, Bedeck, Calendar Club and Tempur will join the centre in November.

International clothing and trainer brand PUMA - which was one of the stores at the Designer Outlet when it opened 20 years ago - is set to make a return next month.

More than 20 clothing and food and drink brands are yet to be announced.
