Folkestone Invicta maintained their Ryman League, Division 1 South title challenge with a commanding victory at relegation-threatened Whitstable on Saturday.
Brendon Cass, pictured, gave them a 12th-minute lead and Darren Smith made it 2-0 soon after with a penalty awarded for handball.
Whitstable made a better fist of the second half and they pulled a goal back through Steven Lloyd following a corner.
But man of the match Cass sealed their third successive defeat with his second goal 10 minutes from time.
Folkestone host Whyteleafe on Tuesday.
