Housebuilders have unveiled an early preview of their new development.

It is at Richmond Park, Whitfield, from Barratt Homes, and virtual viewing is now available.

Barratt Kent launched this development last Saturday and is initially offering 30 three-bedroomed houses.

The first show home will be unveiled later in the spring and the first residents are expected to move in this summer.

Once complete the estate will include a new primary school, convenience store, and doctor’s surgery.

An NHS Deposit Contribution Scheme is also available for NHS employees, offering an additional 5% deposit boost up to £15,000.

Prices for the new homes start from £289,995.
