Lifeboat crew go to aid of diver

A DIVER has been was found save and well after being reported missing during a dive off Dover.

Dover lifeboat was called out at 9.30am on Sunday when the crew of the boat Posh Diver raised the alarm four miles south east of the port.

Lifeboat cox’n Dave Pascall and six crew went to the scene and located and recovered the diver - a man from Peterborough in his mid 20s - after his marker-buoy returned to the surface.

He was taken ashore and checked over by paramedics but was not harmed.
