Marcin Lisiewicz, sentenced to 28 days in prison suspended for 12 months after pleading guilty to three shoplifting offences

A 30-year-old man has been sentenced to 28 days in prison, suspended for 12 months after pleading guilty to three shoplifting offences.

Marcin Lisiewicz, of no fixed address, was resentenced for two earlier offences, shoplifting and criminal damage.

He was given a conditional discharges by Medway magistrates on Friday, June 27 and Monday, July 21 of this year.

On Tuesday, October 7, he stole cosmetics worth £379.92 from a shop in Gravel Walk, Canterbury.

On Thursday October 9 he stole replacement toothbrush heads worth £47.98 from a shop in Biggin Street, Dover, and on Monday, October 27 he stole aftershave and honey worth £131.97 from the shop in Gravel Walk.

Lisiewicz was ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge.
