Oil has been spilled along a busy route after a car crashed into a line of parked vehicles.
Police were called to the scene in A256 London Road, Dover, just before 5.55am.
Officers are still at the scene and highways teams have been called to assist with the oil spill.
The incident took place between the junctions with Beaconsfield Road and St Radigund's Road.
