Managing director James Emson has commented on how the firm has adapted its working practices to support to property profession throughout the pandemic.

It has closed the doors on its ballroom auctions and is operating via online sales.

During its September campaign, the firm took more than 5,450 phones calls.

He said: “The year has presented challenges for everyone including the property profession.
