Dover Athletic sign former Wolves defender Aaron Simpson and Bilel Hinchiri

Dover have completed the signings of ex-Wolves defender Aaron Simpson and Bilel Hinchiri.

Right-back Simpson started his career at Maidstone before moving to Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2017.

He has most recently featured for League of Ireland side Waterford, and is now awaiting international clearance after impressing Dover boss Andy Hessenthaler on trial.

Simpson also had loan spells at Portsmouth, AFC Telford, Kilmarnock and Spanish side FC Jumilla.

Frenchman Bilal, a 23-year-old central midfielder, spent last season with Charitois, a fourth division side in France.

As with Simpson, he has been on trial with Dover and his move is also awaiting international clearance.

The National League season gets under way on Saturday, August 3, with Whites away to Chesterfield.
