A driver pulled over on the M20 last night had been reading a book at the wheel, police have revealed.

Kent Police's roads unit described the driver's actions as 'unbelievable' after stopping him at Folkestone.

It comes days after an HGV driver pulled over on the coast-bound M20 was found to be 'fiddling at the wheel.'

It is not yet known what punishment was handed out to the driver involved in last night's incident.

Police were also forced to deal with a lorry driver on the M20 who had parked on the access slip road at Lenham as part of a busy night.
