Aldi shoppers, Gravesend, queue for Prime drink created by KSI and Logan Paul

Aldi shoppers were "pushing and shoving" each other this morning to get hold of the limited Prime drinks.

Around 50 people began queuing outside the budget supermarket in Gravesend shortly before 8am.

Yesterday Aldi confirmed the flavoured hydration drink would be available in store from today in flavours ice pop, lemon lime and blue raspberry.

Shoppers were restricted to picking up one of each flavour per person and only available while stocks last.

The drink is created by YouTube stars KSI and Logan Paul, who have successfully sent their product viral thanks in part to their millions of social media followers.

Prime's official website describes it as a 'naturally flavoured' beverage containing 10% coconut water, antioxidants and electrolytes. It's also suitable for vegans, is gluten and caffeine free and contains no added sugars.

Bottles are now trading hands online for far more than the £2 recommended retail price.

One teenager from Broadstairs was making anything from £2,000 to £3,000 a month by selling the drink at a huge profit.

Today, Ellie-Louise Dadswell began queuing outside the store at 7.45am in hopes of getting a bottle of the drink for her 14-year-old brother.

The 20-year-old, who lives near Woodlands Park, said: "I began queuing at about quarter to 8 but it didn’t take long to go down as the product was all gone so quickly.

"But there were about 50 people, the queue was massive."

Ellie-Louise says the crates of Prime sold out within 10 seconds of the shop opening.

She said: "No one was talking to each other really, just trying their hardest to get it.

"There was loads of pushing and shoving!

"I managed to get one bottle, the ice pop flavour, but that was only because some people were picking up more than one flavour which wasn’t allowed so they had to put it back."
