Three teenage boys have been arrested after £40,000 of vandalism at a bowls club.

The incident happened overnight on Friday, May 22 at Maidstone Bowls Club in Buckland Road.

It is estimated offenders caused more than £40,000 of damage after they broke into a shed in the grounds, emptied oil and line paint onto the grass and dug holes into the turf.

A 14-year-old, a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old boy were arrested on Monday morning and have been bailed until Saturday, June 6.
