Dartford MP Gareth Johnson is concerned serial killer Patrick Mackay could be released from prison

A Kent MP is concerned about reports a serial killer from his constituency could be released from prison.

Patrick Mackay, who grew up in Dartford, is Britain's longest serving prisoner after being convicted of murdering 11 people in the 1970s - including a vicar from Shorne.

It's understood the 66 year-old has already changed his name and is in an open jail.

Gareth Johnson has written to the justice secretary about it.
