French President Emmanuel Macron has promised to rebuild Notre Dame Cathedral within five years, and make it even more beautiful.

The spire and most of the roof were destroyed in a huge fire in Paris on Monday night.

The Dean of Rochester Philip Hesketh has been giving us his reaction to it.
