Ebbsfleet United keeper Preston Edwards and Welling United goalie Sam Mott named in England C squad

Two Kent goalkeepers have been called into the England C squad for next month’s International Challenge Trophy semi-final at Princes Park.

Ebbsfleet United stopper Preston Edwards (pictured) is set to don the gloves at the home of local rivals Dartford when Turkey B visit north Kent on February 5.

His deputy will be Welling United’s Sam Mott, who features in Paul Fairclough’s non-league select group for the first time.

Dartford are expecting a capacity crowd for the clash.
