Kent bowler James Tredwell has been included in the England team for their crucial World Cup match against West Indies today.

It is Tredwell's first appearance of England's World Cup campaign and comes in a game they need to win to keep their quarter-final hopes alive.

England have made three changes having dropped James Anderson and Paul Collingwood and left out injured Ajmal Shahzad.

Coming into the side with Tredwell are Chris Tremlett and Luke Wright, while West Indies have recalled Chris Gayle in place of Shivnarine Chanderpaul and included leg-spinner Devendra Bishoo for slow left-armer Nikita Miller.

England have won the toss and will bat first.
