Special guest is county and borough councillor Lauren Sullivan (Lab) who is aiming to unseat sitting MP Adam Holloway (Con) in Gravesham* on July 4.

She talks about how she got into politics and the change she hopes to bring if elected to parliament.

A key aim is to tackle issues surrounding affordable housing in her constituency and beyond.

The podcast, which launched in January, is hosted by Kent Council Council local democracy reporter Simon Finlay.

He is joined by Daniel Esson, who covers borough and district councils, and Robert Boddy who reports on Medway Council.

KM political editor Paul Francis gives his take on the big issues and what people need to keep an eye out for in the coming weeks.
