Legacy Sport estate hits the road

SUBARU has introduced a new high-specification, high-value Legacy Sport estate, based on the popular 2.0 GL and costing £17,250 on the road in manual form and £18,250 as an automatic.

Such is the anticipated demand for the Legacy Sport that importer Subaru (UK) is already considering making it a permanent model.

Despite a small £500 increase over the entry-level GL estate, customers gain 15 ins allow wheels with 195/60 tyres, automatic climate-control air conditioning, leather-covered steering wheel, gear selector and nadbrake lever, front fog lamps, body-colour side skirts and body-colour side rubbing strips.

This is an addition to the enhanced specification of all 2002 Legacy models.
