A teenager accused of murdering a man in Canterbury appeared at Maidstone Crown Court this week.

Ikikibiya Manuel is alleged to have killed 26-year-old Luke Brocklebank in an alleyway off Forrester Close behind the Sturry Road on April 16.

Mr Brocklebank died from stab wounds after being airlifted to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, east London.

Manuel, 19, of Camberwell, south East London, appeared in court by TV link from Elmley Prison, Sheppey.

He will return on July 28 to enter a plea to the charge. A provisional trial date was set for November 16.
