Perrys Motor Group adds fourth Kent dealership

Perrys Motor Group now operates four dealerships in Kent after snapping up a Sittingbourne business.

The group with existing dealerships in Canterbury, Broadstairs and Dover, now owns Pomphreys Vauxhall in London Road, Sittingbourne.

Now known as Perrys of Sittingbourne, it collaborates with the Canterbury dealership in offering commercial vehicles. It also specialises in Motability, the scheme that offers vehicles to drivers with a disability.

Perrys employs 32 people in Sittingbourne, with most moving over from Pomphreys. Perrys Motor group now has 15 Vauxhall sites across the country, including the four in Kent.

Kathy Skipp, joint marketing co-ordinator at Perrys, said: “We’re always looking for new opportunities to enhance our customer offering and this new addition strengthens our Vauxhall operation in Kent, joining the already well-established Perrys dealerships in Canterbury, Broadstairs and Dover.”
