Reality stars, fame and pressure

Following the news of Love Island star Mike Thalassitis' death at the weekend we look at reality stars, their sudden rise to fame and the pressures it can cause.

The 26-year-old used to play football for Margate, Ebbsfleet United and Welling before finding fame on the reality programme when he was a contestant in 2017.

The Health Secretary has today called for TV shows to give more mental health support to contestants once they're famous.
