Teenager still critical after crash that killed sister

A YOUNG man is fighting for his life in hospital following a road accident in which his 16-year-old sister died.

Aaron Murphy, from Ramsgate, was driving a blue Renault Clio when it was involved in a collision with a lorry on Hartsdown Road, Margate, on Wednesday morning.

The 18-year-old was initially taken to QEQM hospital in Margate, but was later transferred to the Royal Free Hospital in London where he remains in a critical condition.

His younger sister, Kelsey Murphy, was a passenger in the car and was killed in the crash.

The driver of the lorry, a 31-year-old man from Rugby, was not hurt and has returned home.
