Two new directors for Linton farming company

A FARM equipment firm that is celebrating 21 years in business has appointed two new directors.

David Flint and Nick Booth have both joined the board of Palmers Agricultural, a John Deere dealer with branches in Linton, near Maidstone, and Hailsham, East Sussex.

Mr Booth was born and bred in Kent and is well known in the area’s farming community.

Mr Flint joined Palmers in Maidstone earlier this year as branch manager.

He has extensive business experience and technical knowledge of John Deere products.

The company said that Mr Booth would still be very much involved with customers "out in the field".

With a strong team across sales, service and parts, it was looking forward to continuing sales growth in John Deere products.
