A woman who died in a crash on a main road in Kent has been named by police.

Mum of three Kauser Butt, 36, from Windsor Road, Gillingham, died when the minibus she was driving was involved in a collision with a lorry on the A228, near the Isle of Grain.

The accident happened at around 5.20pm on Monday and involved a car which suffered minimal damage.

A post mortem revealed Mrs Butt suffered multiple injuries in the crash.

She has three sons, aged seven, 11 and 13.

The road was closed until just after 12.30am on Tuesday between the Ratcliffe Highway roundabout at High Halstow and Stoke Road at Stoke while police carried out initial investigations and the vehicles were recovered.
