A WOMAN pedestrian was air-lifted to hospital with serious head and neck injuries after being struck by a car.
The incident happened in Maidstone Road, Bexley, at about 3pm yesterday.
The woman was taken to Royal London Hospital by the air ambulance. Police say the road was closed for more than two hours.
