FORMER Gillingham captain Michael Flynn will be playing in the Championship after agreeing a two-year deal with Blackpool.

Flynn captained Gillingham last season, top scoring for the side with 12 goals, but rejected a new contract offer last month.

The 26-year-old played over 100 games for the club, after being signed by Stan Ternent from Wigan, when the Gills were in the Championship.
