Braintree Town v Welling United

WELLING face another tough examination of their Conference South play-off credentials on Saturday when they travel to Braintree.

The Wings defeated big-spending Fisher on New Year's Day and Pennock knows they will need to be at their best to return maximum points from Essex.

Pennock said: "It will be a difficult game for us. Braintree are an honest team, like us, and it will be a good battle between the two sides.

"We know that George Borg will have his side up for the game and we're all looking forward to it.

"We've been performing well recently, teams haven't enjoyed playing against us and I want to keep it that way."

Pennock welcomes back Che Stadhart (illness), who was withdrawn early from the Fisher win, while Steve Perkins (ankle), Danny Kedwell (shin) and Jamie Turner (back) continue to receive treatment in a bid to make the game.
