BROMLEY'S recent poor run of form continued on Tuesday night as they suffered a 2-1 home defeat against second-placed Fisher Athletic in the Ryman League Premier Division.
Fisher had to come from behind after their captain Chris Piper put through his own net after 20 minutes to give the Lilywhites the lead, but the same player made amends two minutes before the break by levelling for his side.
And the visitors claimed the points when substitute Hamid Barr netted from the penalty spot with 10 minutes to go.
George Wakeling's side have now won just once in their last 11 league and cup matches.
In Ryman League Division 1, Ramsgate leapfrogged Tooting & Mitcham United into second place in the table with a goalless draw against Fleet Town at Calthorpe Park.
That result meant Tonbridge Angels could have gone above Jim Ward's side with a home win against seventh-placed Bashley but the match was called off due a waterlogged pitch at Longmead.
