One person was treated for minor injuries following an accident on the A249 this morning.

The collision, which involved two vehicles, happened at around 7.20am, close to Jade's Crossing on the Maidstone bound stretch of the road.

Police and paramedics attended the scene and the road was clear from 8.50am.
