Officers say a missing teenager who may have been heading to Gillingham, has been found safe and well.

Thames Valley Police were appealing for information to trace Jessica Horton, 17, from Burghfield Common, West Berkshire.

Officers believed the teenager may have travelled to the Gillingham area.
