Several charges after £80,000 worth of cocaine uncovered at addresses in Gillingham and Rainham

Drugs worth more than £80,000 have been seized following raids on several properties.

Eight suspects have been charged with suspected cocaine supply offences after cash, cannabis and cocaine was uncovered following home searches in Medway.

The raids were completed by constables from the force’s county lines and gangs team at properties in Rainham and Gillingham, on Friday (March 15).

A further search warrant was also executed at an address in Hampshire.

The enforcement was in connection with an investigation into the supply of class A drugs throughout the Medway Towns.

A total of eight people were arrested and charged on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

They were Bill Treeby, 24, of Hawthorn Road, Gillingham; Aaron Treeby, 28, of Allington Lane, Eastleigh, Hampshire; Charlotte Scott, 32, of St Edmunds Way, Rainham; Kai Tebboth, 26, of Wakeley Road, Rainham; Luke Watts, 42, of Woodchurch Crescent, Gillingham; Daniel Heales, 30, of St Edmunds Way, Rainham; Mark Austen, 31, of Woodlands Road. Gillingham.

Scott, Watts, Tebboth and Heales were additionally charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply.

Meanwhile, Austen, Heales and Tebboth were also charged with possession of cannabis.

The suspects appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court where they were conditionally bailed to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday, April 15.

A 46-year-old woman from Gillingham who was also arrested but has been released on bail until June 14, pending further inqueries.

A separate investigation into class A drug supplys in north Kent has also led to several arrests and charges.

They identified a specific phone line had allegedly been supplying cocaine to users in Dartford, Longfield and Gravesend since the autumn of 2023.

Officers set out to identify those involved and, as a result of their investigations, arrests were undertaken and a series of search warrants executed on Thursday (March 14).

On that date, a car was stopped by patrols in Kirby Road, Dartford. A man and a woman were arrested and a mobile phone along with a cocaine deal were seized.


They charged the following suspects with conspiracy to supply cocaine between October 1, 2023 and March 14, 2024: Henry Pulfer, 36, of School Hill, Lamberhurst; Peter Hyde, 57, of Linden Avenue, Dartford; Paul Davis, 35, of no fixed address; Rosina Kelly, 20, of Betsham Road, Gravesend; Michael Robinson, 36, of St Vincent’s Avenue, Dartford; John Gilfoyle, 49, of Mangold Way, Erith; Rebecca Dickson, 32, of Bell Close, Greenhithe; Stephen Ticknell-Smith, 37, of Bedford Road, Dartford; Danny May, 34, of St Ronans View, Dartford; Stevie Underhill, 33, of Mason Avenue, Swanscombe; Kerry Mackessy, 31, of Spielman Road, Dartford.

Hyde, Davis and Underhill were also charged with possessing cocaine with intent to supply.

Hyde was further charged with two counts of possession of a knuckleduster, while Robinson was also charged with possessing amphetamine with intent to supply and possession of an extendable baton.

The suspects appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday, March, 15.

They were all remanded to a hearing at Woolwich Crown on April 12, apart from Robinson and Kelly who were conditionally bailed to appear at the same hearing.
