Police appeal after crash in Newman Drive and Puttney Drive, Kemsley

Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was seriously injured in a crash yesterday evening.

It happened at the junction of Newman Drive and Puttney Drive at 5.25pm.

The car, a silver Vauxhall Astra, hit the boy who had to be airlifted to a London hospital with head and shoulder injuries.

He remains in a serious but stable condition.

Police from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit want to speak to anyone who saw the boy or the car in the moments leading up to the crash.
