Minster Road in Acol is set to be shut for the remainder of the day after a crash which saw a cyclist air lifted to hospital.
The road is closed in both directions between Plumstone Road and B2190 after the accident involving a car and a cyclist.
Police remain at the scene and are directing traffic.
The road has been closed since around 8.20am this morning and an air ambulance was called for the cyclist who reportedly has head injuries.
