A man has been charged with a sexual offence involving a vulnerable woman.
Eugene Hollyman, aged 49, of Ramsgate, has been charged with attemped rape and sexual activity with a mentally disordered female".
It is said to have happened on Wednesday in Ramsgate.
Hollyman, of Muir Road, has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Medway magistrates via virtual court tomorrow.
