Margate: Police called to death of man at Arlington House

Police were called to Margate this morning after a man's body was discovered by a member of the public.

Officers attended the scene, in Arlington Square, near Arlington House flats, shorty before 9am following the report.

The man was in his 20s.

His death is not being treated as suspicious and a report is being compiled for the coroner. The man's next of kin have been informed.

Despite earlier rumours, police have confirmed the man did not jump from the block of flats.
